Hi, I can confirm this is a specific bug with the macOS 11.6.2 update because the exact same kernel panic happens on my M1 MacBook Air. The steps I take to reproduce it are to plug in an external drive formatted with APFS, then disconnect it. When the computer wakes up from sleep afterward, it kernel panics 60 seconds later.
