Takedowns can also be non-lethal, but are not really an option on the cyberpsychos. Edit: Oh, and hacking! You can hack them with non-lethal mods.

I am lvl 17 in the game and I got lvl 32 Street Credits. There is a cyberware in the game that makes all your attacks non-lethal even your grenades and mantis blade.
